## Taco (Open source · Rust · Alpha)

A compressor that runs GPT-2 on integers, so every machine gets the same bits.

The model predicts the next token and a range coder stores only what it did not predict. Its engine, HardShell, uses integer arithmetic only, so a file compressed on a Mac comes back bit for bit on Linux, on a CPU or a GPU.

## Emirates NBD: Software Engineer (2026 – now)

One of the largest banks in the Middle East. I build its in-house platforms.

The bank's own analytics, built in-house.

A business-intelligence platform with a React front end and a Node.js back end over an Oracle in-memory database.

### Macro hedging (Treasury)

Hedge a whole book of accounts, not one account at a time.

Treasury teams group accounts into hedging pools, reserve them, and see where balances and cash flows go over the next five years.

- 60: months of balance and cash-flow forecast, updated within seconds
- Shared tags slice accounts by product, country and currency, and stay current as accounts change daily.
- Reserving a pool is all or nothing, and the database guarantees no account is ever hedged twice.

## MockQL: side project (2025)

### MockQL (Developer tool)

API behaviour, before the API exists.

Sits between an app and its GraphQL or REST backend, so mobile teams can mock responses and simulate the network edge cases that are hard to reproduce.

## tac-form: side project (2024)

### tac-form (Open-source library)

React forms from a JSON Schema.

Generates, manages and validates React forms from a JSON configuration, with conditional fields, form- and field-level validation, and room for components from any UI library. Published on npm.

## Kisaan Australia: Software Engineer, via Tech Infinito (May 2024 – 2026)

Grocery and dairy delivered across Australia. I built its apps, its admin and the cloud under them.
- 35%: less data-sync latency after tuning Supabase and Lambda
- A Next.js admin for onboarding, vendors and the whole order lifecycle.
- GenAI command processing for delivery logistics, through FastAPI.
- AWS infrastructure, all in Terraform.

### Beeline (Local-first mobile app)

Field work that keeps going when the signal doesn't.

Field and delivery staff keep working without a signal; everything syncs when they reconnect, with custom SQLite conflict resolution.

An ordering app whose screens are written by the server.

Layouts, deal banners and feature-flagged sections come from backend configuration, so the business can change the app without shipping a new one.

An Ayurveda brand with a platform for video consultations with its doctors.

Video consultations on the Agora SDK, with realtime scheduling that resolves booking conflicts as they happen.
